International experts, among them our own Dr. Kirsten Slagter from the Tongue Tie Clinic, came together after the Tongue Time Congress. This article presents the agreed clinical insights.
Mouth breathing
In this short lecture, you’ll learn what happens when you breathe through your mouth, why nose breathing matters, and how your tongue plays a key role. Healthy breathing doesn’t start with your heart or your lungs, not even with your nose. It starts with your tongue being in the right place.
